Shoutout to the manager Alexis and to Yesi for being so kind to my daughter and I today! Purple hair is not an easy task and not all hair is equal but kindness and resilience to get it done made a painstaking experience so much easier to deal with. I got my hair cut by Karina last weekend and she has been the best hairdresser I’ve ever gotten. She suggested a few things I was unsure of and went on to do her magic on my hair. My hair has never had volume and bounce until now- I’m so happy with it!! She definitely has a way with those scissors and her personality is so outgoing that she made me feel so comfortable from the second I met her. Thank you Karina! I will be back soon!

Based on visible changes’ staff, Yessi was referred to me for a highlight. First I had a consultation with her. I showed her the picture of the color I wanted which is attached and my sister and I told her that for this color if she needs to bleach my hair, she needs to wait till my hair gets truly white otherwise it’s not gonna happen. I even told her I have had bad experiences that when my hair gets to orange or green, hairdressers wash it because they believe it will be damaged if they leave it more. She assured us she wouldn’t do that. And we even showed her the color on the swatch and we said we want something between pink and brown. And she said yes I know.
