Virginia Prada, Integrative Bodywork and Massage Therapy

Virginia is a magician, except she needs no magic. I started seeing Virginia as part of a bodywork routine with chiropractics to help with chronic back pain due to chronically bad posture. Not only has Virginia helped reduce my pain and made it significantly easier to sit up straight, but her wholistic therapies and assigned homework stretches have improved my flexibility, strength, helped me lose some weight, and even improved circulation in my feet so they are less freezing cold all the time. I feel fantastic after each session and only wish I could do it more frequently! I highly recommend working with her.

I had a true spa experience getting a massage treatment from Virginia. She offered a combination of holistic detox body wrap and integrative massage therapy. The detox procedure was soothing and relaxing and the massage session balanced my body and helped alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. Virginia has exceptional professional knowledge of the human muscles and how to relieve chronic pain. I have finally found the appropriate Holistic Therapy.

Virginia did a great job helping me with my hamstring! It was very tight and sore from playing soccer, and she was able to get rid of the pain and relax the muscle. She also worked out other areas of my legs which were sore/tight, explained specifically where the problematic areas were, and helped me identify what to watch out for to prevent future sports injuries.
