Once again another let down with my nails. This is the second and last time I’ll be going. My toes turned out great but my nails are again done very poorly. I recommend not going or not getting the same guy I had. This is just a few days after a mani.

I don’t normally post bad reviews, but I want to save the disappointment other women may have from going in here. Starting off right away, I asked for a classic pedicure. They tried to upsell me, of course, and I told them no, I just wanted a classic pedicure because I didn’t have the time to sit for longer than 30 minutes. When my pedicure guy arrived and handed me the menu yet again he asked what pedicure I wanted. I told him a Classic Pedicure, please. He points to the deluxe and said how about this one it’s better. I told him no I just want the classic. He argues with me about how I should do the more expensive one and I told him more sternly, no I want the classic. Then he asks if I want to add the wax and I told him NO I JUST want the classic. Finally, he got the hint and stopped ask

Yesterday I went in for a refill and while the technician was drilling my nail, it slipped and caused a deep painful cut on my finger. She did not notify me that I was bleeding until I pulled back. She then took trimmers off of her cart and picked away at the skin that she had torn off. I immediately ended service after seeing that because I know they were not sanitized in front of me before she used them on my open wound and I felt uncomfortable continuing. Today I went back and expressed my concerns and asked if they could please finish the service complimentary based on the experience I had the day before. The women who did my nails today was completely rude and did not file down my nails and correct them. Instead she just started putting gel polish over top to attempt to hide how I lef

This place is so clean! I love how they do my toes and nails — I got Shellac on both my hands and feet, and they look absolutely amazing. The reception is warm and welcoming, and they even offered me free drinks and snacks. It was incredibly relaxing, especially after a long week of work. This visit truly made me feel alive again. My nails look beautiful, and the nail technicians are professional and attentive. They really take their time with the spa pedicure and manicure. I will definitely be coming back and plan to make another appointment in two weeks!

First time going here I wanted a manicure with gel polish and the guy who did it did a terrible job. I wrote a review and a day later one of the workers called and told me to come back and have someone else fix them. I of course gave them a second chance and Nancy did a full set for me at a discounted price which I thought was really nice. But barely a week later they are lifting and look terrible. I thought a full set should last a little longer than a week. Not really happy about the outcome. I recommend not wasting your time or money here!
