I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done! The quality is so good and the staff is always so kind. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone!

First time going to this nail salon & it was an awful experience. First of all I ask for coffin shaped nails, the guy gave me square nails but charged me extra for it. I got a new set & I asked for a white tip/French manicure as well. I asked if he could put light pink clearish polish over top of manicure & he said no to me. I've had many of french manicures done over the years at several different nail salons & this by far is awful. He used the white tip nails instead of painting the tips white & it takes up 3/4's of my nail & this all makes my nails look soo fat including how he shaped them wrong. I called next day & explained all of this & manager tried to say she could only paint over it all & would have to charge me $5 more & charge me more to shape them. I had already paid for all o

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was sat immediately. I got short acrylics with gel polish and it was super reasonable. The nail tech was kind and made sure I liked the length, shape, and color. She was really quick, too. I'll definitely be back.

I decided to try a new nail salon here in Muncie and I am extremely disappointed with my nails and the service. The prices are decent but other than that, I don’t recommend at all! I asked for short almond/round nails because I work in healthcare. The nail tech seemed annoyed when I asked to cut them shorter and told me they wouldn’t look good. She seemed to be in a rush and did not file/shape any of my nails to match one another. They are all crooked and do not seem secure what so ever.

I have never had a positive interaction with the women that work here. Yelling at customers, snapping fingers in their faces, waving there hands at a customer saying “hello” to get someone’s attention after they proceeded to ignore her for over 20 minutes after she walked in. Then she stops working on my nails to send out some text messages and proceeded to get “huffy” with me because I was on my phone while I waited on her. Nails are discolored and every single one not shaped crooked. Waste of money, will not be coming back here. I ended up going to T Nails to get them fixed and found out she put acrylic over top my dip where I needed a fill. She was knowingly messing up my nails and still charged me $50 for a fill. Don’t go to the first woman who sits by the register.
