I always go to Melissa and have for years. She is the best and is highly recommended. She even helped me get through getting my hair back to its natural color at a point when I thought I wasn't going to be able to make it through the process. She is just wonderful.

This place is so cute. I love having Melissa as my hairstylist because she does such a great job. She genuinely cares about me and the health of my hair. If you're looking for a high quality hair place in Muncie, then I would recommend Salon and Spa!

Bought my girlfriend a gift certificate for xmas. First off, going in a salon is very out of my element & I had no clue how much would be needed. The ladies in there are extremely friendly & very helpful. They got me sorted in no time. As for my girlfriend, the stylist Jakki did her hair & she couldn't be happier with the result. She said Jakki is the best stylist she's ever been too. Fully recommend the "Salon & Spa" in Muncie!

I have called numerous times and left my phone number because they were recommended. I have yet to receive a call back despite their message stating that they "promise" to return the call. Extremely poor customer service!! I will be looking elsewhere and so will my referral.

I’ve gone to Colleen multiple times and always leave satisfied! I usually get a trim and bleach my hair and it always turns out great!
