I went in and was the only one waiting. But no they got the 2 people that came after me. Then she’d do a little work on me and then stop to do some eyebrows for a person who had just walked in 45 minutes after me. Then she proceeded to get up and do 2 more people after that. There is no reason a refil and cut down take over an hour and a half when you were the only one waiting when you walked in. And to top it off my nails look horrible. How do you do chunky, wavy and not all the way polished nails. I will not return

The people are so rude and lack customer service skills. I wanted to treat my 11 year old neice to a girl's spa day. My neice wanted a basic manicure, they only offer gel nails, so we decided to not use the service. I was in the pedicure seat for two minutes and they wanted me to pay $5 for the service plus an additional $1 credit card fee. When I refused to pay the fee because my feet hadn't been touched by a technician, they were extremely rude. I would avoid this place and the unprofessional services provided and go somewhere else. They are rude and unprofessional.

They tried to overcharge me just for a design.. At first my nails were 30 , then they said 65 , and then 35 . They also have bugs …

They do a great job! They interact with the customers and they hate when you leave😂 but, overall I've been going here for 3 yrs. I love them !😍

I Was very satisfied... They have great attitudes good Vibes... And give you exactly what you want no substitute.. they are my permit nail tech from here on out Thanks, Lee'Ann And da rest of da V.I.P Crew
