This is the finest store that the Greenville Mall has to offer. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE our Bath and Body Works! The atmosphere is welcoming, the stock is always plentiful, and the employees are always willing to help! Testers are always available for varying products and the employees are always knowledgeable about the products. They are never wrong about the description of their products, nor do they give bad advice just to make a sale.

Thank God for Rose!! She was helpful & polite. I came in looking for winter candy apple candles that’s the ONLY scent I like and I asked one young lady working and she said they were all out. I looked around anyway and stumbled on one. Right as I grabbed it Rose came by and asked if I was finding everything okay. I told her yep I just found the only winter candy apple 3 wick y’all had left. She then called out to me and gave me 6 she’d located in a drawer near the front of the store.

I know that if I go in one I'm about to spend some money. It never fails. They have a wide assortment here of lotion, soap, and spray. The customer service reps are friendly and knowledgeable of their products.
