Amy did my nails my last visit and was really fast and does really great designs! This is the only place I go to get my nails done and will recommend to everyone!! Yen is incredibly talented, she’s fast and does a beautiful job with shaping and designs.

I have been a customer at Vip Nails & Spa in Apopka off Rock Springs Rd. several times, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I asked about getting my eyebrows tinted, and the technician told me she couldn’t do it because of my skin color. That comment made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. I have never been told anything like that at any salon before. No customer should ever feel like their skin color determines whether they can receive a service. I’m posting this in hopes that the owner sees it and addresses the situation. I used to support this business, but experiences like this need to be taken seriously. I would appreciate a response from management explaining why this was said and what will be done to make sure customers are treated respectful

I'm age 50 now. This was my first pedicure ever. I have to admit this was an amazing and a most relaxing experience. I picked the VIP. These young ladies really know how to pamper a client. I highly recommend them, and will absolutely be returning in about 3 weeks for more pampering 🙌🔥💯👍 Banana, thank you 😊

Usually whenever I go it is great but this time it wasn’t so great. I went to the nail salon around 7:00 and they close at 7:30 so I knew I was gonna be there later because I got the classic pedicure. So everything is good I had an older lady doing my pedicure. Since they were closing I had to pay for my service early in the middle of my service. And I was fine with that, so then I was the last one in the shop so she get to painting my toes and she doing good but at the end when she were done with both feet she saw a little mistake on my left big toe and she was fixing it and made it worse but then ended up fixing it again and it was find then she goes in with the top coat and uses a hand held fan to dry my feet and I ended up asking for the nail polish drying spray and once she did that I
