They were all very nice and professional, the place was clean and very pretty. I showed my tech a picture and she made it even better! I will definitely be coming back. My friends first time ever and she also enjoyed! Can’t wait till next time!

I can only give 2 stars. They're nice to me but man has their quality of work declined substantially... Not only did he burn me several times and didn't treat my hands more gently. He bent my pinky nail and barely treated it with care after. I asked for stilleto nails (they literally have pictures on each station of the nail shapes) and they have me some weird rounded shape. I'm never going back here. Can't believe I tipped them $15 😭 they will crab if you don't tip 20% or more, even though it's lawfully 15% or more. My hand on the left is how they shaped it. My hand on the right is how I shaped them when I got home.

Tony is fantastic! He has a talent for detail. He always remembers how I like my nails and accommodates my specific needs! Every nail artist before him has cut my skin, tony is always very careful! Great customer service all around!

Kelly and Tony are the two nail techs that are amazing. I’ve come here on and off in the past however, after today’s experience, I will never return. Sam basically told me I needed to tip more. The fact that you in front of all your customers, tell another customer that they’re tip isn’t sufficient is very unprofessional. There are more nail places than this one in the area. Unfortunately, I have heard that this behavior happens often here.

Took my 13yo and her friend. Staff was very helpful walking them through options. Girls were super happy with the results!
