L Perfect Nails & Spa

I’ve been going here for years for my ANC nails and gel pedicures, and the staff is always amazing. They consistently do some of the best work I’ve ever seen. I travel a lot and have had my nails done in other states, but no other place has lived up to my expectations. This salon always does!

I asked for pink French nails with a glitter line under and I even showed a picture. I spent $70 on these nails and it was anc with tips. They all came off within a week. The French nails part was bigger then I would expect and overall I was disappointed. I called the place a week later to ask if I could get a certificate or cash back and I was responded to with “no sorry” What I asked for vs what I got

This used to be my regular manicure spot and it was the first place I ever got a manicure. I noticed when I used to come regularly, that I’d almost always leave with a nail bleeding a little bit. I thought maybe that was normal or my nails were just sensitive or something? (I’ve learned that’s not the case). One of my coworkers suggested that I try Venus Nails in Troy, and I like them much better. I noticed that my nails lasted much longer, the people were friendlier, and I never left with my nails bleeding. Today, I drove to Venus with the intention of getting a manicure because I wanted them done for a concert I’m going to tomorrow. Turns out, Venus is closed on Sundays. I tried another salon that didn’t take walk ins, and ultimately decided to go to Perfect Nails in Glenmont. My nails l

Went in for a pedicure the guy at the front desk was dismissive and rude. The girl who did my nails seemed annoyed and completely rushed the pedicure. As my toes were drying I went up and asked to get my eyebrows waxed, and was greeted with: “Go sit down.” I just decided to leave instead. Horrible experience, and for the price you pay it should be an enjoyable experience not uncomfortable.

Went to get a Manni pedi, even made an appointment, I got my pedi, woman told me to sit there and wiat 10 min , figured she'd do my manni after. Nope that was it...I spoke to the man at the desk, he was like oh you want a manni...I did! Not anymore I waited long enough..the pedi was rough! I felt. Like I went to a bad dentist appointment.. I made an appointment for both...the man just dismissed like what ever....unhappy! Service isn't the same anymore! Ruined my day.
