VIP Nails

My 2 Daughter in laws made us a appointment her yesterday 10-18-25 to get pedicures and full sets of nails done for my wedding next weekend. We will never return. The owner of this place Ken is argent and rushed threw our nails and didn't care about the quality of service he was giving us. He cut my finger so bad with a nail file because he was so rough and in a hurry. Then he filled my cut full of superglue trying to get it to stop bleeding.My daughter in law paid this man $365.00 for there services that was absolutely terrible. I have always went to Nails Deluxe in Ashland City Tn. Where things are amazing Mrs Gina takes pride in her services and customer. Had a fantastic nail appointment at VIP Nails! The staff was welcoming, and the nail technicians were skilled and attentive. Impeccable hygiene and a vast selection of nail art designs. Definitely worth it!

Everyone did an amazing job. The gentleman that did my nails was super fast yet thorough (I could tell he really knew what he was doing). The young lady that did my feet really took her time and gave my feet the extra TLC that they needs. The atmosphere was amazing. I will definitely be back and glad to have finally found a nail shop to become a regular at again since moving away from home. 10/10, highly recommend!!! One of the employees there was really unprofessional and was arguing/screaming with the owner the whole time about stuff that wasn’t her concern and she started complaining to us and other customers about him and about having to do service on us. The owner that did my manicure was really rough, went too fast and was rude. My gel nail polish came off two days after. I will not return. The other employee who did my pedicure did good.

I love having Ken do my nails. Kayla is also great too and I just love both of their personalities ❤️❤️
