My sister and I had a wonderful experience here. My sister loves her new nails, and I am happy with my pampered feet. Although the service takes a bit of time, it's well worth it for the relaxing sensation it offers. The staff is very friendly , and they even offered us complimentary drinks. We will definitely return and recommend this place to everyone!

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten, and paid $110 for it. They refused to give me my money back after 5/10 nails popped off DAY OF because she did not apply builder gel correctly. They offered to fix them, but told me I had to do acrylic and undo all the healing of my nail beds. Somehow this set came out even worse than the first one, and I still can’t get my money back. On top of everything, she separated two nails from the nail beds, and nicked me several times causing me to bleed in several spots. Would never recommend or go back.

came in for a pedicure. my tech was nice and accommodating, it just wasn't a job well done. after clearly stating i would like regular black polish i was asked "gel?" about three more times. may have been miscommunication but i'd prefer to not encounter repetitive upselling. my cuticles were trimmed improperly resulting in pain and nail shaping is uneven. when she began polishing she got up and switched polishes to a different bottle that's name was eggplant. so i looked a little closer and it was a purple color. i told her it looked a little purple and restated that i asked for black. she then grabbed the correct polish but the application was poor. some of my toes were not fully painted and blotchy. a lot of polish on the skin around my toenails. i got the attention of another tech and s

I was somewhat coerced into giving a review yesterday by having a QR code thrown in front of me before I could even thoroughly expect my nails so this is my actual review. At first glance, my nails look really good, but I’m now finding chips and imperfections that should not be there. The goals design that I have on one of my fingers it’s already starting to come off and showing the color underneath because it wasn’t properly sealed. The other design work is nice but the lack of care for me as a customer felt really real and I think it’s reflected in the issues. I’m finding with my nails right now. While admittedly, it took me a little bit of time to figure out what I exactly went in my nails to look like, when I came in I had to wait several minutes for anybody to acknowledge me, when I w

So i came in to get my nails done and the place was not clean. I would NOT come back the lady kept making mistakes on it and the stuff did not look sanitized. I got the french tip nails short and it costed 95$ because they charged me 10$ extra for manicure just because i asked them to cut my cuticles. the nails are chunky and uncomfortable, my thumb nail has been in pain ever since i got it and before she applied acrylic i told her the nail tip wasnt even on my nail-bed it was on my skin and she just did it anyways. I am now bleeding and in pain trying to remove it because the discomfort and pain it has caused me. I am so disappointed.
