VIP NAIL & SPA

I went as a walk-in on Labor Day for refill with shellac. I had a nail technician that I’ve not had before whose service was not very good. I had to ask her to clean up the polish from my cuticle, fill in the polish on the side of another nail and reminded her that she had forgotten to buff one of my nails after applying the acrylic. The next day, one of my nails had the polish chipped and 2 other nails had bubbles. I called to see if I can get these redone & was told that Cindy was off and would need to see her. I let the receptionist know that I would need someone else as I was not pleased with her work. The receptionist said I’d have to pay if someone else fixed them. I got my feet done there seven weeks ago and up until now I’m just needing to go back. Everywhere else I’ve been I’ve had to go back in 2 to 3 weeks. This place is awesome.

We love this place! We love it so much that we still go there even though we have moved out of the area. Mimi and Bing are the best! Everyone takes good care of us when we come. Even the young lady at the front desk remembers our faces and who we are there to see every time my husband and I go in for a service. I always live the quality of my manicure and pedicure. I get so many compliments on the length and health of my natural nails! This is my spot. I am very satisfied.
