Great customer service!! She is very professional! Not only did I love my hair I love our conversation we laughed the entire time she made me feel so comfortable. This was my first time ever using My Djeny Braids . I called last minute and she booked me for next day service. I’m so use to shops that braid really tight and cause me headaches but she didn’t not braid my hair tight . She is really fast guys!!!! Mind yall I have really short hair but it’s thick she flew thru my hair alone . Please book you won’t regret it

I asked Elena for twist braids she took her time and twisted it to prefecation even after washing it was still tight and did not unravel best braider I've went to I really appreciate her work and recommends her... she very thoughtful when in your head also in what you want done it only take 3hr for 72 inch twist and 3.5hr fir braids 72inch I recommend my djeny braiders Elena.... best in houston tx
