I had an amazing experience at this spa with Nikki. From the moment I arrived, the attention and care were exceptional. Nikki truly listened to what I wanted, took the time to understand my concerns, and explained my options clearly so I could make the best decision for my skin. The Botox results were exactly what I was hoping for—very natural and beautifully done. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and attentive she was, not only during the treatment but also in giving me personalized recommendations for ongoing care. Between the outstanding service, the results, and Nikki’s professionalism, this spa absolutely deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. My injector talked through my concerns and explained my options really clearly, then suggested a treatment plan that I was happy with. She was very gentle with me as I have a needle phobia. Her friendly demeanour put me at ease. It has been over two weeks now and the results are great! I look like myself but better. I've had comments from friends and colleagues that say I look well rested and fresh. That is exactly the result I was looking for. The owner of the medspa was in the day of my appointment.
