J Sterling's Wellness Spa - Winter Garden

We had the Valentine's Day couples massage and it was amazing! The environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing. We will definitely be returning! 🥰🫶🏻

My wife and had just finished our Saturday morning run, grabbed a bite and saw they had some availabilities for a massage - best decision of the day! The staff was very kind and attentive - making us feel at home the minute we entered the door. The massage was great; Andrew was attentive the whole time, double checking if he was applying the appropriate amount of pressure. He definitely worked out some knots that had built up over the last few weeks. My wife and I will definitely will be coming back!

This was my first time at J. Sterling Spa and my first massage in over six years. The location is new and very clean, with a warm and inviting feel in the lobby. I was taken to my massage room promptly at my scheduled time. The room was very clean and a perfect temperature, the lighting was soft and music was low and relaxing. The table was comfortable. Andrew reviewed my pre-booking notes and discussed my pressure preferences beforehand. He was great about checking in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was comfortable and that the stones were not too hot. We had a lovely, natural conversation during the hour, and I never felt pressured to engage (I'm confident he would have fully respected that if I had preferred a quiet session). My first visit, I was very impressed with the way I was greeted as I entered the room. Andrew the massage therapist was professional and friendly. I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend them, my neck and shoulders feel much better.

I had Andres as my masseur during my first visit here. I had often received massages back then from other places and came out dissatisfied because there would be an aching pain that lingers. After my session, I had felt a loose and relieved feeling that I haven’t felt in a while. Maybe built up stress physically and mentally, but all I know is that it was awesome. Highly recommend J Sterling in Winter Garden as it had a nice and quiet ambiance. The building was also new and its space was clean. Definitely a place that I would go back to in the future. Price wise can definitely be a negotiable, but it’s not as pricey as those bigger franchises that also don’t do a great job on their messages.
