My first time of having any treatment on my face. I was nervous to say the least. Natalie was my consultant and was a wealth of information for me. She guided me to the locations on my face, that would best serve me. Natalie was precise and gentle, although, it did sting a little bit at first but the results, even on the second day were visible. I elected to to have an IV infusion with vitamins, minerals and hydration during our consultation. I highly recommend that. I’m always dehydrated and The IV helped very much. Natalie did everything herself which I liked. She’s very well educated as an RN and a PA. I have rosacea and she recommended a combination of lotions that will work for my skin type. I had an awesome first appointment at VIO Med Spa and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely informative. Nothing felt rushed at all, they took their time explaining everything, answering my questions, and making sure I felt comfortable. I received Dysport and the treatment was quick, easy, and completely painless. I really appreciated how attentive they were throughout the whole process. I’m already excited to return in two weeks for my follow-up so they can check my results and make sure I’m happy with everything. So far, highly recommend. I had microneedling done with Natalie yesterday on the 2nd level. Her hand moves very quick and she is very good at reducing the pain and finishing quickly. She also did an amazing job. She’s extremely professional, kind, and talented. I thank Vio Med Spa for understanding who fits their goals best to offer the best talent to represent their company! Shannon is an absolute skin goddess! I have been doing microneedling and facials with her for years and her techniques are incredible. Her facials always leave me glowing and rejuvenated, her facial massage skills are heaven sent. She makes the microneedling so painless and ensures I am comfortable throughout. She also gives great tips for before and after care and maintaining my glowy skin with her customized recommendations. Shannon is always very knowledgeable about my concerns, even when I had crazy pregnancy acne and melasma during pregnancy and postpartum. My acne scars have seen so much improvement with her tender love and care, I highly recommend her!

This place is truly amazing I followed Kylie here she is the best for facials . I also had some Botox done and I was nervous because when I had it done somewhere else I had a horrific reaction to it . Then I met Myra she is a saint and truly amazing . She explained everything to me why that happened the first time etc . After the service I look and feel amazing I will never go to someone else ever again. She isn’t pushy listens and only does what’s best for you and educates the entire time . I love this place so much and the staff is amazing can not wait to try all the other services. Can not recommend Kylie and Myra enough !
