Recovery Cove Cryotherapy

Not only is Recovery Cove very relaxing, it also boosted my energy immediately and greatly reduced after workout soreness! The staff are the best! They walk you through exactly what is going to happen/what it’s going to feel like and were able to answer ALL the questions I had. At every point during my time in Recovery Cove, the staff ensured I was comfortable and all my needs were met. I would definitely recommend!

Tried cryotherapy for the first time at Recovery Cove! The experience was great and you can feel the difference after only a couple of minutes. I did the sauna too. Facilities are clean and the staff are welcoming and professional. Highly recommend it.

Can’t recommend Recovery cove enough! The cryotherapy is great for sore muscles or a rest day. You’ll feel so refreshed after just one session. The sauna is super relaxing. Set the lights to the color of your choosing, put on Prime and the next 45 minutes will fly by!! The space is very clean with convenient hours to book.
