Dorothy was absolutely amazing to work with! She made booking easy & did a fabulous job on my makeup. Sarah styled my hair & was incredible also. The salon had great vibes as well & prices are reasonable so I recommend this place all around 💚✨️

Website said updos start at $50 and go up based on complication of style; she charged me $90 for me looking like I came from the gym. The lady pinned it however she wanted and I had already showed her what I wanted twice- it was her version and awful. Lady was polite enough, couldn’t style hair. I asked for a messy French twist and got a sloppy mess!! So many people commented on the slop! She gave me assurances I could do the style then created something else and assured me it’s the only way to do it with my hair. I’m very unhappy.

This was the worst hair cut I have received. Website says $25 and up. Ended up paying $45 with tip. If I could give 0 stars I would. During the haircut I had to take the comb several times to brush my hair to make sure she wasn’t cutting it wrong. After leaving I was very unhappy. I went back to my house to realize she didn’t trim around my ears very well or clean up my ears. Then on the back of my neck one side is squared off and the other is rounded. So now I’m going to have to get another haircut bc of how badly this lady cut my hair. IF YOUR A DUDE DONT GO. THEY DONT WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING!!!

My favorite Salon in metro Detroit! Jill and Juliana have been styling my hair for over two years now. I usually get some icy balayage and a cut/ trim and they nail it every time. What really got me hooked was my first cut with Jill. It was perfect! The color lasts me months as well, keeping its coolness. I highly recommend the Vintage room salon.

By far the BEST salon I have ever been to. I have just left my first appointment with Jill who fixed a color from a different salon. She brought my jet black hair (mistake) to a beautiful brown. Her attention to detail and hard work ethic is out of this world. She will be the only stylist I ever see now. Her staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful and the salon is gorgeous and airy. I am so, so happy!
