First time at M day spa. Yes, the only reason I ended up going there was because of the groupon. I called Tuesday to make an appointment and got in Wednesday, the next day. I had Julie as my masseuse and she was exceptional! She worked hard for the entire 60 minutes without taking a break like a lot of masseuse professionals do around here. She worked for and earned every penny and a 40% tip. I have never had a masseuse work so hard to get out the knots and kincks and people have to realize that you will get what you pay for. Yes I got the discount for an hour message, but when someone goes above and beyond your expectations, you should pay them the full amout through tips. Thank you M day Spa for being the best in the area and thank you Julie for a wonderful massage!

First I called about using the Groupon. I was told they would honor the price if I didn’t have the Groupon purchase already. That’s one star star. Walked in the lady I am guessing was the manger she was nice. Second star. However the place was dark. No signs of a massage spa. New business so so I overlook that part. The manager asked me to pay and give tip first. Which I felt was very distasteful. You need to pay for a service and tip when we hv not gotten the massage. She tried to tell me Julie is license and professional so she deserve 15% tip and she was giving me the massage for $65 when it should be $100. So she wanted me to give Julie $15 tip. Lol I might as well pay the $100 and no tip. Wait for it. My son is a personal trainer. He return from his massage and told me he could not

Be aware! I bought a Groupon deal as a gift for my wife and her experience was so bad the she was about to walk out midsection. She told the lady to ease down 8 times and the lady continued as if she wasn’t listening. Besides that, to make matters worse, my wife told her to charge $10 as a tip, the lady charged $20 and just said I thought you said $20.

I tried to support a local business by getting a Groupon for this M Spa. It didn't have many reviews but new so I will give it a try for reflexology. I called the day after for an appointment and was asked if I got a Groupon,when I said yes,the woman said no appointment too busy and hung up on me. So as confused as it left me,I was in the area,so I decided to stop by to make the appointment in person. I walked in and no one was up front,but a woman was laying on a bed in the first room with the door open looking at her tablet. She came out and as I was talking to her another woman came out of another room and asked if she could help me. I told her I wanted to make an appointment for later today or this week,she said " you have Groupon,we very very busy no appointment,all on one breath an

Nice and clean environment. Their therapy does help my lower back pain a lot. Will definitely back again for my neck problem as well.
