I love going to this salon i have been going for years. And it was great customer service. I love Jenny she always cuts my hair the perfect length. She is so nice and funny. I have been going to Jenny for a year now and I love her. I 100% recommend going to Vincent & Vincent!!

Marilyn is absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable about textured/curly/black women’s hair. I’ve tried many other stylists and they just don’t have her experience or technique or knowledge with this hair type. I don’t even live in Virginia anymore, but when my hair needs a Keratin treatment, I come all the way here to get it done by her.

Have been coming here for over 30yrs. Amazing stylists and super friendly staff. Highly recommend them.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I was flabbergasted at the horrendous customer service the reception ladies have. My parents have been going to one of the stylists for a long time and recommended her to me after a not great hair color experience at a different salon (my grays showed after a week). I was looking forward to making an appointment so I called on July 2 to make an appointment for today, July 9th. I then received a confirmation message on the 7th and again on the 8th to confirm my appointment, in which I replied “Y” to both messages. Upon my arrival I was told to have a seat as the stylist I had an appointment with was finishing up with another customer and would be with me shortly. To begin with, I showed Rebecca a picture of balayage hair and and We discussed being charged for balayage. However she decides to do highlights. The highlights did not even look like the picture I showed her, she then attempted fixing it and it still didn’t look like balayage. In addition to this, there is a section of hair at the bottom that hasn’t been dyed at all. The hair is black while the rest of the hair is lightly colored. The salon then said they would charge an additional $100 to finish the hair that should’ve been done the first time. Although the manager were cooperating well with the situation when I spoke to Rebecca she came across as very rude and uninterested in helping and left mid conversation without hearing my point of view. I am completely unsatisfied with the service
