TERRIBLE Experience! 😱 My "stylist" took a walk-in before me so I had to wait 30 minutes before she took me. Then she sprayed a "Fast dry" product (without asking my permission) into my hair in an attempt to catch herself up. That product, FILLED with ALCOHOL, DRIED MY HAIR OUT BADLY! 😡 After waiting 30 minutes, she said,"Oh, I have to do something for yet another customer," leaving me to wait AGAIN! I had to start drying & styling my own hair before it was bone dry. I left with hair feeling like a horse 🐎 mane. AWFUL! 😭

I have been going here for several years now and have always had a great experience! Everyone is very nice and Jennifer always does a great job. She has a wealth of information about hair and how to make my curly hair behave. She is very conscientious and disinfects all areas between clients. She takes excellent notes and always asks if there were any problems or anything I want changed. I highly recommend the Village Salon.

I used this Salon in Cashiers last summer for highlights, done with foil and hair cuts. The highlights we’re fine, but I had to go back 4 times to get layers cut in my hair so it would have body and style. I paid for each hair cut and tipped, of course, too, even though the Hair Stylist offered to do the re-does for free. The shampoo gal work so hard on my scalp that it hurt. She is also the receptionist. The salon was very conscientious regarding Covid. Temperatures were taken on the sidewalk before customers entered and everyone had masks on. This summer, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was rude. It was her attitude more than what she said. I was able to make an appointment for a haircut, but not for highlights. Best salon in town... great people and very busy. Don't count on being a walk-in...get an appointment.
