Teri’s Nails

Give them 10/10. We were visiting and decided to get our nails done last minute. We were walk-ins and they told us to come back @12:15 and they got us right in. Chris did my fill in and he took his time and made sure my nails were to his standard. They did a WAY better job than my nail salon back home. DEFINITELY worth a visit and prices are GREAT!!

First of all, Teri doesn't own this company now. There's kids doing nails. I told them I wanted a pink gel fill. They sanded my entire nails, did a pink and white and had the Nerve to charge me $70!!! I didn't need that. I just needed a pink fill. Plus, the acrylic was runny and he filed them oval round, not square like they were. Awful job! My right forefinger cracked in 3 days. I flew back to Fl and got them done by my salon Apogee, that I've been going to for over 10 years. She had to do them entirely over and it costed me $55. Since, I didn't get to fly back to Fl the next time, I found Noire Nail Salon in Asheville. Way better. I'll drive the 1.5 hours. I'll never go back to Teri Nails again. Total Rip-Off!!

The service was outstanding! My cousin and I got manicures and pedicures for a very reasonable price. The stylists were very kind and personable and did a beautiful job on my nails! I definitely recommend this place.

I called a week prior to make my nail appointment. When I arrived I was greeted with not a single welcoming word. Just “do you have an appointment” which yes I did. She took a minute to confirm and said yes you do. Now I’m just standing there, nothing. Everyone busy, all spots taken. GREAT I think. My apt time was 2:15. I arrived at 2:10 so I was EARLY. I didn’t get sat in a chair till 2:50, pedicure started at 3. Helen gave no massage, just aggressively scrubbed my legs with a sugar scrub to the point that I started getting hives from micro cuts. My nails went just as bad. I wanted gel X extensions like I came in with. Communication was terrible. Last I go to pay with my card and they don’t take cards. Yet no sign anywhere says cash only. Had to drive down to the bank to pull out cash. Ri

My daughter went to get her nails done for prom. They charged her $85. I was appalled. I called and here is how they nickeled and dimed her. Acrylic nails - $55 French- another $10 Oval shape- another $5 A silver tip - another $10 Paying via Venmo- $5 Cash only Wonder why So they charge $5 for Venmo?!?! Absolutely ridiculous NEVER going back
