Vietnamese Nails & Headspa

If I could give negative stars I would. Nail “tech” did not understand me whatsoever. Every-time I tried to explain she would just nod and say yes and proceed to do whatever. Starting with pedicure, she asked If I wanted the wax and initially I said no, but then quickly changed my mind and said yes (I was treating myself). Doesn’t give me the wax (but pretty sure I was charged for it!!!). I told her I wanted gel over my REAL NAILS and she proceeds to cut all of my nails DOWN TO THE NUB after I just grew them out for over 2 months. Even then after me saying AGAIN that I did NOT want fake tips on my nails unless needed, she proceeds to put tips on every single one. Doesn’t go over some of the nails more than once, some of the french tips are uneven and crooked. I was charged $140 for her to

Literally amazing! So relaxing, calming, and peaceful! Highly recommend! This was my first time doing a Headspa and it definitely won’t be my last!! They were so sweet, made this experience the absolute best and i felt comfortable the entire time!
