I have been going to get my hair done here for several years. Every time I go, I am so pleased with Gladys' skill as well as her professionalism. When she is working on me, she always makes me feel that I am her main focus at that time, and Gladys gives me all of her attention while she is working on me. That is important to me and adds to the feeling that Gladys really cares about her clients. I never feel rushed when I am there. The minute I walk through the door, I am greeted by Gladys even if she is busy, which makes me feel so welcomed. Those little touches as well as the knowledge and skill Gladys shows makes me coming back. For a great hair cut as well as a friendly, pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend Beautiful Hair and Skin.

I have been a client for close to 15 years. At my very first appointment, Gladys sat down with me and asked what I was seeking in a hairstyle, all these years later, she still asks me exactly what look I want. I am never rushed and I appreciate that. She clearly wants her clients to be satisfied with their hairstyle, and if not, she is quick to rectify the situation. She runs a wonderful business and I cannot imagine going to another for my hairstyle needs. Gladys is top notch!

My mom has been seeing Connie for perms for years and has never had a problem with her until her last visit in November. My mother has dementia, which Connie is well aware of. She went in for a perm and a cut. She didn’t want her hair cut as short as she normally has been getting it. This made the curl not hold as good. Connie should have known to make it tighter. Anyhow, when we left, the top barely had any curl. I texted Connie a few days later to see if she could get it redone and she said “no problem”. The day we went in to get it redone Connie ripped my mom up and down one side and the other. IN FRONT OF OTHER CLIENTS!!! My mom has dementia and did not deserve to be treated this way. Gladys has been my go to person for 20+ yrs! She’s an expert in hair color, well educated on haircuts and styles, gives the best pedicure, and even does my ear coning when I have sinus problems, a must try! Always accommodating and a clean environment always, LOVE THIS PLACE

Gladys did an amazing job on my hair and my daughter’s hair! I never knew my hair could be so full and have actual style to it! She was able to do exactly what we wanted! We will be returning to see her!
