I have been coming to Vidov West (both Charles Street & 14th Street) for years and absolutely love my hair every single time. I hired a few of their stylists for my wedding and truly could not adore this salon more. The prices as extremely reasonable and every person there is a star. Special shoutout to Luis who has been helping me navigate my hair extension journey and figuring out exactly what is right for my very thin / fine hair!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Vidov West Salon. From the welcoming staff to the outstanding customer service, every visit feels like a treat — but most importantly, I have to highlight Luis. Luis has completely transformed my hair. My color has never looked better, my hair health has never been stronger, and every appointment is not only fun but also filled with his expert recommendations. He approaches my hair with such precision and care, and I’m constantly getting compliments thanks to his work. Sorry to tell you- the proof is in the pudding. There's no blaming this on anyone else. I came to you guys in MAY and my hair is still messed up end of AUGUST. You keep stating your supposed skill ... I've been to many other stylists around the city who have wrote me letters of recommendation for how much of a BOTCH job this is... they are appalled at the work you've done. I'm unclear whether you actually wanted to punish me or you actually think this is good work. I think the latter is much worse.

it's been a year and half and my hair is still damaged fromthis place and vickie specifically. she used ammonia on my hair and forever changed the color and damaged it until it grows out maybe 6 years from now. i can't say worse things about her and this salon. stay away at all costs or it may ruin the next many years of your life. nasty nasty people, service and place.

First visit to Vidov West today and I’m hooked! Pamela nailed my cut and color, making sure I was happy every step of the way. Tali’s shampoo was amazing—so relaxing! Left feeling great. Highly recommend!
