Katie was an absolute delight and so comforting! She did my botox after i haven't had it done in about 3 years and i literally didn't feel a thing! we examined my problem areas and came to a decision together and i love my results. she made sure to let me know what to do after we were done and assured me to let the office know if i had any questions or concerns. i cant recommend this place enough!

Customer service is absolutely amazing! Everyone here is so beyond kind, nurses listen to you and you get treated so well! I voiced a slight concern I had regarding peptides and everyone was prompt to get me the information I needed and give me the best service and care. Truly can’t recommend this place enough. Vida is my favorite spa by far. It’s the perfect one stop shop to get everything you need. I have learned so much about different peptides, skin care, the list goes on.. they’re not your typical spa where you walk in and out. The staff is super friendly and patient. They go over your plans, make sure you understand and execute. I will continue to come back!
