Cristal is fabulous always knows what to do for my my crazy thick hair! She is also a curly and THICK hair genius!!! The staff is super friendly and the place is meticulously maintained as you can see from the photos. I am so happy to have finally found the right fit and PERFECT hair EXPERT!!! I strongly recommend TOP NOTCH SALON!!

Karen did my hair I got her deal from the groupon at the end she charged me extra $20 nd I did not like the highlights she did on me it was orange nd totally different then the picture I showed her. It was my 1st time at this location, my hair stylist relocated... it is lively and full of nice people. I felt super comfortable right off the bat, met the owner as well, she is awesome!

Had the worst experience haircut here by one of hairdressers that I found on Groupon. I don't even know where to get started, but she was 25 minutes late to start. Two other very nice hairdressers there were going to step in but she ended up coming in frazzled and shakey with no explanation of why she was late. I did not tip and am thinking of asking for a refund for my hair. The cut itself isn't even even. She was a nice lady I guess but completely unprofessional from being late and not letting me know and she should of just rescheduled or let me have a different hairdresser. It would of been nice to know what the problem was why she was late too that or a sincere apology would of been right. I was leaving for out of town and every minute mattered. She did know this. I visited Top Notch in Bloomingdale 3x leading up to my wedding. I was very happy with my experience. My first appointment was a bridal hair and makeup trial. Ivette did a fantastic job giving me a great look for my engagement photos. One of the best things about the experience were her personality and enthusiasm. It felt like celebrating my wedding with one of my best girlfriends, which is great for someone doing a lot of wedding prep alone. It can get to feeling kind of lonely, but she was great. I scheduled another appointment for my daughter and I to have our hair colored. We both were thrilled with the results. And then on the day she was so accomodating to any slight changes or requests I had and my final look was everything I hoped.
