I would avoid shopping here Until the address and professional management. The store manager is incredibly rude Not just to customers but openly to her employees as well It is I’m comfortable to watch how she treats her staff. Well, mostly frustrating is her inability to maintain any level of professional composure she constantly makes dirty faces and she is not a little girl to be acting like that. And can’t seem to control her expression when she is annoyed She is literally being paid to represent the brand. And to be on her best behavior Management needs Serious attitude adjustment or a replacement Who actually understands customer service. I love this Victoria’s Secret store and usually have a positive experience — the employees (girls) are bright, helpful, and very kind. Today, unfortunately I experienced repeated harassment from the store manager, Amanda, including false accusations of cutting the line, sarcastic remarks, and public humiliation in front of other customers. Store wasn’t busy around 11am. This behavior caused significant distress and is not reflective of the store’s usual professionalism. I encourage corporate to investigate to ensure all customers are treated respectfully! Felt 😑💔

Very Disappointed – Missing Gloss & Poor Cashier Behavior (Cashier ID: 6075270) I visited your store today and took advantage of the Buy 2, Get 1 Free lip gloss offer. I selected three available colors specifically to qualify for the promotion. At checkout, I had 6 items in total, including the glosses. Once I got home, I noticed only 5 items in the bag the free gloss was missing. I double-checked the receipt, and I was charged for the two glosses, but the third (free) one was not included. I believe the cashier (ID: 6075270) may have intentionally removed or hidden it, it was the best color, and I strongly suspect she kept it. Even worse, during checkout, she encouraged me to buy more to get a free dog decoration, and when I politely said “maybe next time,” she laughed at me. That was

08/01/2025 CASHIER IS A THIEF Cashier ID on receipt: 6075270 My wife bought 3 lip glosses under a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” deal, but only 2 were in the bag. The free one was missing. At the moment we went to checkout we felt uncomfortable as the cashier gave us the hater and you don’t belong here look. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Enjoy the free lip gloss i hope it’s worth it.

Going to this store yesterday was such an awful and weird experience. From the moment me and my friend went in, it felt like we were being watched and followed by the manager and some girl that was following her all over the place. I went to try on a swim suit and for starters the girl who must have been training looked at the suit and then back and me and said “um have you been fitted?” That might not have been anything but felt a little body shame happening. Not once did anyone tell me I needed their disposable thong to try it on. I just kept my own underwear on as EVERYONE DOES CUZ IM NOT AN IDIOT. I can hear the two (manager and girl training I’m guessing) talking about me right outside the door. Manager bangs on the door and says “Morgan here’s this thong to wear with the swimsuit” I
