I had a deep tissue massage by Jalen. He was very professional and communicative about making sure I was comfortable and aware of his treatment. Before treatment, he listened to my story, asking follow up questions to get a full picture of my pain history. Afterward he provided transparency and solutions for my back pain by demonstrating the “why” I have had issues, allowing me to take accountability for improvements into my own hands. No question that I will be coming back for more visits!

Jalen is fantastic as my personal trainer as well as my massage therapist. He really cares about his clients and has helped me become stronger and more flexible. My daily activity level has significantly improved since I started training with Jalen. It was one of the best decisions I made 4 years ago and have continued to this day.
