I went there about mins to 7 on a Friday because I was already at the mall & my regular place closes at 7pm & i had a flight the next day. I did a pedicure. Before I was finished, the salon started to get less patrons & the person working on mine was one of the last people still working. His wife kept standing over him as in she was done working and ready to leave. She took over & did my polish. They had me sit & dry then after about 10 mins they felt it, sprayed it & said it was dry. I insisted it isn't & that they should at least put oil & rap it with plastic if they are sending me away. I told them ill come back the next day if it smudges when I get home- not realizing the mall opens at 10am & my flight was 1040am- to which they said okay. Honestly I would give ZERO if I could. They were talking shit about me in Vietnamese and laughing I actually started to tear up hearing what they were saying. Making fun of me for asking prices on styles it was humiliating. I ended up getting a regular gel. I had gaps of paint missing and two days later the whole thing chipped. Terrible sloppy job looked nothing like the picture and it costed me 60 dollars for a terrible job. I honestly want my money back, it was wasted on this... I’ll never go back to this place ever. And I used to come here monthly for a regular acrylic. You guys just lost a regular it’s SHAMEFUL. Stop disrespecting your PAYING customers/regulars it’s really disappointing.

Gel French, they told me that gel will last longer and it will last at least 2-3 weeks, but in my case it only last for one day. And the gel starts to peel off! What a rip off!! When I texted the technician regarding the issue, he was asking me ridiculous question like, “did I watch my hand in the water for very long?” they didn't take care of it.

i have always gotten my eyebrows threaded here and recently there was been a newer younger lady who’s doing brows. tried her out and she didnt do a very good job. my eyebrows are thicker and she left one thinner than the other and completely changed my shape. accidentally went to her again today because i did not recognize her AND AGAIN she gave a very bad service. if you’re going to hire someone to do brows they shouldnt be practicing on PAYING customers and already be experts at what they do. the other ladies to a great job with my eyebrows and i have never had problems with them. she shouldn’t have this job if she can’t give a good service to people.
