This robot massage is such a wonderful experience. I have had 3 per month since September and the robot keeps learning and getting better and better. Started out good - now beyond great! I love a deep tissue massage and this really delivered. All the staff at Chanhassen LifeSpa are great. I won’t give up my monthly hands on full body massage with a human massage therapist. That experience is totally different and this robot massage is complementary and something I can do every 7-10 days. I’ve never had a regular non-robot massage at Chan LifeSpa but I am scheduling one later this month. Not only is this place easy to book with, and clean but the actual technique of the massage I felt was SO excellent. I have been three times to see the same masseuse named Liz who is kind and really knows her craft because I always walk out walking on clouds. she gives you options and it is easy to talk to her if needed. She really gets in there and releases the knots and it is also extremely relaxing with the aromatherapy and oils. She is also so kind too!. And if you book a massage lifeTime gives you a pass for the day to their facilities, which is also really cool. In the past i’ve ended up either walking around or using the hot tub and sauna but never taken a group class but next time I get a massage I look forward to doing that. **A Stellar Experience at LifeSpa-Garden City** When my usual therapist Eddie was on holiday, I decided to book a session with Liz, and I'm so glad I did. She gave me a fantastic CBD massage. The focal point that was truly notable for me was her scalp and head massage. My temples have never felt more invigorated, LOL. She has an incredible touch. As for Eddie, in our most recent session, he was able to seamlessly alternate between deep tissue and lymphatic drainage. This is a very difficult thing to do because of the varying degrees of pressure required, and he executed it flawlessly.
