Victoria Nails

I came in with a clear inspiration picture (attached below) and explained that my pinky nail is crooked. When I brought it up, I was told I just had to “look at my hand when it’s done,” but the issue was never corrected. What disappointed me even more was the unprofessional comments made during my visit. When she mentioned it had been a couple of years since my last visit, I told her thats not true. It had been one year and then I was told I was fat. This was very hurtful and unnecessary. A few days after my appointment, I reached out again with the a picture of my pinky nail that was still crooked, but I received no reply. I paid for a service and expected both quality work and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, I did not receive either.

My daughter and I have tried out multiple places in Victoria and haven’t had any luck until finding Victoria Nails a couple weeks ago! Best quality outcome we’ve had since moving to the area! 🙌🏻 Thank you Jenny and Thi Mai!

Customer service is outstanding. I've had a pedicure and manicure so far and the quality of work is awesome!

Decided to try a new place today and I am so glad I did. Jennie and Mai were so friendly. I paid for a manicure and pedicure at a very affordable price. Definitely going back.

Jenny is amazing, brought my daughter here to get her nails done. She did amazing, she is sweet and they have amazing prices. I will definitely be coming back.
