I have been coming to Top Avenue regularly for about 2 years. Initially I came to inquire about hair extensions and I’ve been coming back ever since! JoRea does a great job judging what will and will not work and definitely wants you to leave happy with your look. Since the first visit I’ve had cuts and colors (including “fun” colors) and have been pleased each visit!
