She was very much rude. Very much inconsiderate. Split my nail due to being very rough. No apology, no remorse. She already clearly didn’t want to service me. All I wanted was a soak off and to be treated poorly disappointed me. Honestly me being a business owner is what saved her from a hands on reaction. & yes I still paid $15 for the service because although it was a poor job it was still done.

Had my nails done in gel in 2 weeks they chipped up .I called they said they could repaint them for 25.00 never again .I can go to dagsberbro and it last me 2 months.very poor service the young lady was on her phone the entire time she worked on my n nails.

I won’t be returning. I clearly stated that I didn’t want my natural nails cut down or the shape changed, yet the nail tech in seat 5 ignored my request, cutting past my real nails and making them completely square. When I calmly asked her to stop and said I’d still pay for the service, she got an attitude because I didn’t let her finish—then told me to take my money back. I remained polite the entire time, but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. Definitely not ok!

Horrible! I still had nail polish on my nails from the last set I got done and it's red! I'm not happy with my service I thought this place was good and I paid $45 for this

The gentleman that works here is amazing, he is so talented. He was extremely nice, polite, talkative and he makes you feel very comfortable. I am beyond satisfied with my beautiful nails, thank you so much.
