Victoria was amazing. The service was super quick and she was so helpful and responsive ahead of time. This was my first set of extensions and I was so clueless. She was patient and explained everything and helped me understand everything I needed to do for after care and what to expect.

I had recently gotten keratin done by Victoria and it was the most disappointing experience I have ever had. In an earlier appointment before the keratin when I went to go get a trim she constantly recommended the keratin treatment. After I got the keratin and washed it out after 3days like she instructed my hair was back to normal with no less frizz and no straightness. So I contacted her and sent her pictures of how my hair turned out and she replied in one word incomplete answers saying “80% less frizz” and “soft and shiny”. Her responses were not appropriate nor professional and she didn’t even ask me to come back in so she can see it. She also said that it will come out how I want it when I blow dry it.
