You know I can understand if product was opened or used but when it isn’t opened or used u still can’t exchange for a different one (wig)! I was busy on the phone a purchased the wrong one a now I can exchange spend all that money for nothing!! This is just crazy an not ok! I’ve got a lot of wigs from here but that will be my last one!! Rude customer service as well!!

Didn't have what I needed, tried Hard to accommodate and extra friendly, especially when my shopping took me by the 2nd time around!

Some time I went for a walk to look at something to buy earrings and my lips are cheaper . All the hair is too expensive.

I just love going in here. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Maybe it’s just me, but me personally, I can understand asking me right when I get into the store “Do you need any help?” If I say “No”, that means not to ask me 5 different times back to back “Do you need help?” I don’t like being constantly asked that when I know what to get. Sadly this is the only beauty supply store in Victoria! And a lot of times they don’t have what I want and they are overpriced compared to other places.
