She charged me extra for a service I didn't even ask for! I'm sure you can tell which nail was the inspiration photo and which was what I ended up with. Vickie is very sweet but she was obviously rushing because her husband wasn't there and just didn't do good on my nails like at all. The husband did my toenails and could've been more gentle with my cuticles. Do not come here for a detailed manicure, maybe just a simple pedicure and you'd have a better experience. She should've just told me that she couldn't do the design and sent me on my way.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This is the worst my nails have ever been!!! The guy was rude and aggressive with my hands. I left unsatisfied with cuts on my fingers.

What I got vs what I wanted. I called the store to ask if they had people who could do designs. They said yes. It took them almost 2 hours to do my nails in the photo below. And they charged me $63 for them. They are not the same length as each other. The shapes are crooked. Colors off and they didn’t even put extra coats on the neons. 0/10 not going back again. Waste of my money and time. The only design is the spiral like come on!!

I rarely write reviews but I had a pretty negative experience here and I wanted people to be aware. I was on my way out of town and decided to stop in and get a quick pedicure. A man motioned me where to sit and I sat down. There were several issues, but I'll stick to the more important ones. 1) I do have very dry skin, especially on my heels and I do try to take care of that on my own between pedicures, but he looked at my feet and actually pointed at my heels and laughed, and it wasn't even that bad. 2) I had previously had gel polish and I understand that can be difficult to remove, but he used the drill and held it too long in the same place, burning me multiple times. This was the absolute best pedi I have ever received in my life! The lady named kim did my toes, which looks fantastic and I was long over due to have them done. I was super surprised about how well she rubbed my feet and ankles. I was so relaxed in the spa chair that I closed my eyes and enjoyed every minute of it. Then she waxed my eyebrows. I will return there just for the foot rub and massaging chair.
