I love them! However, I wish they would map out your brows with a stencil or a gel pen to make sure everything is perfectly even and make sure they show you the shape before waxing your brows. Also maybe different brow tint colors. I love the cleanliness in there as well, the staff is very kind, and the young lady who did my brows smelt amazing as well!! Highly recommend this place!

started goin there almost a year ago and ive been a satisfied customer every since they never diasappoint me. I have been going to Lea for about eight months and have always been happy with my service. However, this recent experience was very disappointing. When an issue comes up, I believe it should be addressed rather than immediately charging the customer again. I called because one of my lashes was coming off after just one day, and I was told I would have to pay full price to have them redone. With the holidays here, I don’t have extra money to spend on correcting a service that should have lasted longer. I allowed one of the new girls to do my lashes because Lea was busy, and when I called to explain the issue, I felt brushed off. I also provided my own lash strips, so I don’t understand why I would be expected to pay full price. As a business owner myself, I would never charge a client f
