I’ve been going to this nail salon for almost two years now and Nam is absolutely amazing! I show pictures of how I want my nails done and she replicas without fail each and everytime. The salon is clean and lots of nail color selections. ** Photo with review was AFTER my vacation, so the outgrown was not when they were fresh**

This is my fifth time going to get my nails done at this place the first two times were fine. The third time was OK. The fourth time I was told to leave because they couldn’t accommodate me…… cool I decided to try again and book an appointment so they can accommodate me, however this time was my last time coming here. I told the lady I wanted acrylic nails. She responded by saying, 'Today, I’m going to do a new type of gel that comes out of a tube and gets harder than acrylic.' I told her no, I wanted acrylic, and even showed her a picture of my previous nails done at this salon with acrylic. She insisted it was just pink polish. I corrected her, saying, 'No, that's my hand, and I know what I got.' Despite that, she went ahead and applied the gel from the tube. I told her again that I didn

Very horrible customer service!!! Only came here to get SNS dip powder which I was told they had but she dipped my nails with something different I proceeded to let that slide and decided to change my French tip to red. After telling the worker I wanted red tip she immediately got mad as if it wasn’t a simply change. She was very rough when doing my nails the entire time and had a nasty disposition. She then cut my finger with her tools I believe on purpose because she was already done cutting and my French tip was crooked and a mess was left on my hands smh I will never return NASTY PEOPLE the entire shop is dirty!! I was charged $60 and didn’t even get a receipt!!!

Highly recommend! By far the best nail salon I’ve been too and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 18 years and as soon as vibrant opened I have only went to them! Such a great team. Everyone there is great, but I highly recommend Le or Nam! Some pictures of my SNS dip over the years!

I went in last week to get my toes done. I didn’t have any problems and I think they did a good job. I’m thinking of going back in to get my nails done for a big event coming up. But I’m a bit worried because of some of the reviews on how they treat selected customers. I guess I will have to give it a try and decide after that. Update: My second time in and once again it was a great experience. I think I will make this my regular nail salon. My nails came out absolutely beautiful.
