Last Thursday 9/14/23, I called Shirley to check if she has a spot open for the day but unfortunately she took the day off. So I just went ahead and scheduled one @ 4:30 pm to whoever was available. When I walked in the salon, they ushered me to Dennis. I had gotten a haircut with him before and it was fine so I thought there shouldn’t be any problem. I immediately noticed that he was not in a friendly mood and I have this feeling that he was just ready to get this over with. I told him how I wanted my hair done and he nodded so I thought he knows what he was doing. While he was cutting my hair, he was really pressing hard on my head when he repositioned my head. Also, he was holding down on the blowdryer towards my leg and I had to move my leg to avoid the burning sensation from it twice.

Shirley did an amazing job yesterday. She really knows how to cut hair very well. She is also very nice and patient. I highly recommend this place. Shirley' experience and skills in cutting hair are absolutely amazing. Everyone here is very friendly. I love it at Elegant Hair Salon. I will definitely come back next time!
