I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I’ve been to this salon multiple times before and always had good experiences. However, I feel it’s important for management to be aware of what happened during my last visit. A new employee removed my gel polish using a metal electric file and shaved off the top layer of my natural nails. My nails are normally very strong, but now they are extremely thin—almost like paper. As they grow out, I have to cut them immediately because they are so weak and painful. My fingers have been hurting while they heal. It has already been a couple of weeks and I’m still waiting for my nails to grow back. I’ve experienced over-filing in other salons before, but this was by far the worst case. Some technicians may not realize how aggressive these tools can be

Update: went back again a month later to get gel nails and I couldn't be happier. They're as friendly as always and SO good at what they do. They took lots of care in helping me pick out the styles and colors because I wasn't sure what I wanted, and it's clear how much they care for their customers. I left with a beautiful set of nails! They are simply phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and communicate with you all the way to make sure you get exactly what you want. Ellie took care of me and she was just wonderful. I went with my mom and Joanne was helping her out, I could tell my mom loved her. Not to mention they are exceptionally skilled. First time customer and my nail artist Ellie was great! The salon is clean and cute and I loved they carry a huge selection of gel nail colors including Korean gel polishes. If you are someone who enjoys getting nail extensions but doesn’t like powder/acrylic, and likes them to feel as thin/natural as your own nails, PLEASE try this place for nail extensions. I love how Ellie thoroughly attached and filed down each extensions to make sure they look and feel natural. It’s worth the price and I am happy with my nails 💛

The technicians in this salon really know what they are doing. Manicure & Pedicure were relaxing. They really pay attention to detail here. Nails are all filed evenly and I like that they use the electric file before gel manicure. Pedicure also included a paraffin wax heel treatment. I know it’s under new management so I hope it stays this way. I’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend VeVe for UV gel - Diane is an amazing artist, with an eye for detail and style. VeVe has a really wide selection of polish, accents and more. Griselda is the best for pedicures - she takes her time and does an excellent job. Definitely check out VeVe - you won’t be disappointed!!
