Are these fake reviews or something? I did not have a good experience. My appointment was in someone's studio apartment. Grease stains in the kitchen and the technician was wearing pajamas - red flags I noticed first. Did not feel I was walking into a professional sterile environment. Then when I was lying down I noticed a cat on the bed. I notified her of my allergy to cats and, honestly I should have left then, but I drove a long time to make this appointment and I have a special event tomorrow with no guarantee I could get another lash appointment before end of day today. When I went it was an apartment and there were five cats, I am an animal lover but I am a bit allergic to different breeds even though I have three pets at home myself. I found it extremely unprofessional that I wasn’t told about any of this, the fact that they are in construction so that it would be at someone’s apt, couldn’t even use the restroom because they were fixing the sink? The cats? Should’ve been notated before the appointment. My problem is that I wasn’t told prior. Not even offered water or self service. I’m sorry but if you guys are charging $130 for a lash lift in New Jersey this is not how you should do business lol I am a business owner myself, I would have offered a discount for all the inconveniences. There’s plenty of spots just as good in NY that charge less than $130

I had brow lamination and lash lift services done 2 weeks ago! Omg they still look perfect!
