Vertex Nails Salon

They were very welcoming. I didn't have an appointment and got in right away. She did a great job with my nails. Update: Just went to Vertex Nails again for a fill. Had the same technician as the first picture. Very happy with how my nails turned out again.

I would like to preface this by saying I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I also would like to share my experience. My mom and I went to try out this place for dip manicures and the experience was less than pleasant. While everybody was very nice, the ladies were very rough with us and seemed to be in a very big hurry despite there being nobody else waiting. They were not careful while using their nail drills and made both of us bleed because they kept catching and drilling/filing our fingers and nail beds. The nails themselves were ok, but mine were very crooked and when I gently brought this up to my tech her response was “my eyes don’t see what your eyes see”. My thought is, if it doesn’t look crooked to her but it does to me, why not just quickly file it? If she thinks she’s going

First time trying out this place! When I first walked in they seemed to be in a rush. They asked me what I wanted and I said I had called. She then said yes, so what do you want. I said a full set -French tip. Then I sat down and she brought over two books with colors and I said I want a full set with French tip. I thought to myself she must have not heard me when I walked in. The entire time my nails were getting done I wasn’t offered anything to drink. She didn’t even try to make conversation with me. Then once she was done. We walked over to the counter & she said $85 & said how much of a tip for me? I said I guess $5 even tho when I called and saw online that it would only be $65 plus $5 for coffin shape. How did we get to $85?! I have no clue. Wouldn’t recommend this place due to t

I paid $90 for these simple nails, online says 50$+ for full set, $5 for shape so how did we end up at 90$ I have never heard of such a thing, I get the more complicated the set is the more it is but these are just a simple set that took no more then 25 mins. I got sick to my stomach when she said $90, they rushed through, other people were offered drinks, I was not. Just not happy with the place all around.

Anna did such an amazing job on my fresh set. The gel powder is the way to go! She was honest, friendly and very skilled. I cant wait to keep coming back.
