Essentially Massage

I highly recommend Essentially Massage! I have been seeing Katie for a few months for issues with my leg muscles and she has been amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and consistent, always tailoring the session to what my body needs that day. I work in retail and do a lot of walking. Katie is able to focus on my legs muscles so I work without the aches and pains that come with working on a concrete floor. The setting is cozy, comfortable and relaxing with heated beds and soothing music.

If you are looking for a Massage Therapist who actually finds and fixes problem areas, look no further. Llarissa has a deep understanding of body mechanics and anatomy. Her massage technique is thorough, and her reflexology is phenomenal— top notch, she pinpointed areas of concern I didn't even know were bothering me! I left feeling lighter and totally relaxed.

I’ve been here twice, once with Larissa and once with Danielle and unless im going for a girly spa day, I will NEVER go anywhere else but here. These ladies are so knowledgeable and talented in their craft. If you’re looking for a relaxing, light massage, this isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a more technical, holy crap this hurts so good, I needed this so bad, this is the place you need to go. I already have another session booked in 4 weeks and might go back sooner.

Larissa is AWESOME. This is real medical massage. Definitely not “fluff and buff. More anatomically knowledgeable than “deep tissue”. I first started coming because I had serious hip leg and knee pain that was being addressed by physical therapy. Only after massage was I actually free from pain. I desperately wish that my insurance paid for massage because that is my only concern. Massage in general is not cheap but massage HERE is money well spent!

Danielle did an amazing job of relieving my tight muscles and joints. She listened to what I had to say and gave recommendations accordingly. I will definitely be back for another appointment!
