I pulled out my back doing a hike I shouldn’t have and was in a lot of pain with stabbing spasms for about a week. I went to Verde Valley massage therapy for a massage on my lower back where it was hurting so bad and just getting off the table I felt so much better. Within a day or two I was almost back to 100%. Fantastic! I highly recommend this facility to you not only if you have melodies but just for a wonderful massage!
