Alistair is a master! I came to him with limiting chronic pain and in three sessions it was gone—I couldn’t believe how quickly and completely I got relief. I gave Root and Branch a call to see if I could get in last minute. I left a message and was called back within 10 minutes and provided a same day appointment after explaining the neck pain I had been experiencing. I cannot say enough positive things about Alistair. Polite, professional and funny. But this was one of the best massages I've ever had after having body therapy for the past 40+ years!! Alistair had a GPS right to the problem areas and was able to release old wounds, trauma and tight muscles precisely without a lot of discomfort. Alistair is a very gifted therapist, one of the few who excels in his knowledge of the body and is extremely skilled in how to maneuver the body to give significant relief from pain. I have shoulder and neck issues and my sessions with him have given me a sense of hope that I can feel better! As a massage therapist myself, I would highly recommend Alistair's work if you are looking for the caliber of a therapist's therapist.
