Nari and Gina out did themselves again! The care they provide for my grandma is unmatched! She was absolutely giddy that they could do the design she wanted. The little cardinal she got is a very special symbol to her and having it for Christmas gave her so much joy. We both have beautiful red chrome nails for Christmas and laughed through the whole appointment with the whole Venus team. Fantastic service as always!

Nari worked so hard on getting my nails just perfect matching the picture beyond belief. I can’t wait to go back and have her do it again. She took her time and did them perfectly. Her artwork skills are a forced to be reckoned with. I was so impressed with how she did.

Within only three days, my nails began lifting and coming off. I went back to the salon, and instead of properly fixing the issue, they just used superglue and a topcoat. Unsurprisingly, within two more days, more nails were lifting again. By the seventh day, over 70% of my nails were lifting. At that price point, this is unacceptable. A set that costs $135 should last—not fall apart faster than press-ons I can buy for under $20. This isn’t about the artwork, it’s about the workmanship. I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this because we’ve been to this salon about four times now and have mostly had good experiences. We did have one bad visit previously, but realized it was specific to the technician, so we decided to give them another chance. This time my daughter saw Lilly for an acrylic rebase, and I want to be clear her nails are beautiful. Lilly does great work. However, the pricing was extremely frustrating. The total came to $112 before tip for an acrylic rebase. Yes, she had a design and two nails needed to be fixed that part I understand. What I do not understand is being charged extra simply for almond-shaped nails. Your website states a basic full set starts at $65.
