Pedicure spa lady was sooo sweet and went in there fully knowing the price. Later they added additional services I did not know cost more nor did I need or want. I was unknowing that the pedicure didn’t come with polish so I had to pay more. Then they upped the price a third time adding a mysterious $10. Never going back. Manager then argued with me after I wasn’t even upset just confused and made the whole situation worse and tried to lie about stuff. They couldn’t even properly do French tips so I had to change what I got.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY for these overpriced manicures that chip within a week. Venus Nail Salon uses the CHEAPEST products that CHIP TWICE AS FAST as any other nail salon I’ve visited in Plano and Frisco. I have lived at Legacy West for four years and have made the mistake of going to Venus only for quick emergencies due to the convenience of it being walking distance from my home and I regretted it EVERY SINGLE time. Their receptionist Tami or Jessica (I’ve heard multiple names for the same person) is always “having a bad day”, consistently rude, and clearly doesn’t care about customer service or the residents at Legacy West whatsoever. I always have the worst experience every time I encounter her and am most often than not disappointed in the quality of my overpaid manicure. I paid over

Nail completely popped off the day after a dip. Not very good, shaped bad and cut too short. Was charged for nonsense extras like shaping and ended up paying $70 only for an entire nail to pop off the next day… I go back and get the one finger fixed.. and told her one was peeling she didn’t fix it, just added a top coat to a nail coming up and now another nail popped off. Edit: Three dip nails should not pop all the way off in less than a week AND to pay $70 for that is incredibly disappointing

My wife went to this place to get powder dip nails and they did the job really fast. They looked okay when she left the salon, but very next day one nail came out. She got back in and they fixed it but again the next day another nail broke in half. During the whole procedure my wife kept telling them to clear the powder first before putting the gel coating again but they were in too much of a rush. Don’t think we are going back here again.

I’ve loved coming to Venus ever since me and my family started going there. The staff is super friendly and their family is super sweet! Ivanna does my nails every time and has done an amazing job. I show her a picture and she copies it amazingly and she is a great free styler as well! I always get Gel X tips and they stay on for 2+ weeks and keep my nail healthy underneath. I’d 100% recommend coming here for Gel X! These pictures are of my new set and I think they are well worth the price. I’ve seen some people complain about the time it takes but for me they pay very close attention to detail every time so it’s worth the wait!
