Eddie is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of massage chairs and really focused on what we needed. He’s honest, down-to-earth, and never tried to upsell us on a more expensive model. We visited the store a few times to try the chairs, and he was always patient—never rushing or pressuring us to buy. I definitely recommend this place!

I dealt with Eddie, the general manager at the shop. I walked in there with my wife just to try it out, and ended up leaving the store with the most expensive model there. He was super helpful, and I ended up trying like 5 or 6 different chairs. He was able to answer all the questions, and I would definitely recommend this store and Eddie if anybody is the market for massage chairs.

We went here after researching massage chairs online so we could try out some different features to decide what we ultimately do or don't want before purchasing. We were not planning to immediately buy one, but that quickly changed after meeting Eddie. He explained the difference features and introduced us to the different tiers of massage chairs.
